I waited for months for my appointment. I had heard before I went there about how rude and obnoxious Dr. Giampaolo is, but I was desperate for help. I nonetheless was still completely shocked at how rude and obnoxious he really was. Unfortunately he didn't have the knowledge to help me. I really left brokenhearted after seeing him. Aleda, his receptionist, really matches Dr. Giampaolo's manner in every way. Very negative experience.
Extremely rude and discourteous staff - I called for a plumber's report 4 times yesterday - was told they would get back to me "in 2 mins" and failed to. When I lost my temper because the insurance company is breathing down my bakc, one of the women who answered slammed the phone down in my ear! Extremely unprofessional, rude and discourtreous. I am going to tweet and FB the recorded conversations and "2 minute" promises. I spent R12 000 with them and they even did not respond to Momentum's request for a plumber's report. Disgusting - never again!!!!

That was more than 30 years ago and I wonder after all this time how many more there must be that could thank you for that I guess it would be many.

Waited 2 hours past my appointment time. Sent for scans and x-rays. Three days after info was sent to Dr Zorio, heard from a lady in his practice who wanted to send me a prescription for cortisone but couldn't answer any of my questions. When I asked for Dr Zorio to please phone me, was told I could make another appointment with him - seriously???
I will definitely never return to Dr Zorio. And he charges double medical aid rates - for what???
I am surprised he practises at such a prestigious university. He is very rude and the only doctor I ever came across who would not take a positive criticism or complaint. My appointment was for 11.30 and i got there 15 minutes earlier. After waiting for 1hour and finally getting in, I indicated that i had been waiting for long. This guy quickly jumped at me scolding, shouting and asking if I thought he was playing golf or fishing. The hell I pay for this service and the least I expected was a simple explanation why I had to wait so long even though I had an appointment. I swear the only reason I ended up consulting is because I had waited so long and didnt want my time to watse. but thank God there are better and more polite practitioners out there for next time.
