A friend and I stayed at Dar Najat for 3 nights, returning home yesterday. I cannot reccommend it highly enough - their high is thoroughly deserved.
As two women holidaying on our own in Marrakech it was really nice that Olivier (the owner) walked with us to Jemaa el Fna the first day to make sure we knew the lay of the land. It's ~5 min walk, but would be a lot quicker if it wasn't for the huge crowds of people everywhere. I don't mean that in a bad way at all
Anyway - back to the Riad, our room was lovely - a twin on the first floor. Bed was comfy, room was spotless, bathroom was gorgeous. We ate dinner at the riad one night, and, to be honest in hindsight I wish we had ate there every night - it was like the perfect combination of eating in a gorgeous restaurant as well as the relaxed feeling you get when eating at a friend's house.
So to sum up - go to Marrakech, and stay at DAR NAJAT
